Why is Sales Coaching so important?

Once you have acquired all the skills of selling (in your environment), it's important to know if you are using all your skills effectively and efficiently.  You need a fresh set of eyes to assess how you do what you do, and to determine if there are any areas that you can improve.  And this is where coaching comes in to it.

A coach observes you, talks to you and gives you feedback.  Without a coach, you don't always recognise the performance issues that are standing in your way and what steps you need to take to get to the next level!
